RMA General terms for Simms International

Simms International operate a swap only policy on faulty products. Any products ordered incorrectly are not covered by Simms International for return for credit, unless Stock rotation terms have been agreed in a signed contract from vendor and customer. However Simms International will endeavor to assist customers who have ordered incorrectly provided the items are run rate stock and non defaced.

  • Simms International reserve the right to test any memory that is being returned as faulty and any found not to be faulty will be returned to you with your next shipment.

  • Simms International reserve the right to charge an administration fee of up to 50% the lesser of: (a) current market price or (b) original purchase price. on any incorrectly ordered products, this is non negotiable and must be agreed by the customer before an RMA is issued.

  • Simms Internationals Customer Services Department reserve the right to decline any RMA request , regardless to the account managers input.

  • All products being returned to Simms International must have a valid RMA number, otherwise goods could be refused and returned to sender.

  • Simms International shall credit reseller for the lesser of: (a) current market price or (b) original purchase price.

  • A collection will only be raised for products that have been supplied as a result of a Simms error.

RMA Terms for Kingston ValueRam
  • Lifetime Replacement Warranty for modules with defective materials and / or workmanship only.

  • The warranty does not cover specific hardware incompatibilities. Kingston Technology does not guarantee system compatibility of ValueRAM products in specific branded machines.

  • Warranty does not cover products that have been damaged as a result of negligent handling, modification or misuse.

  • Kingston Technology and Simms International do not cross ship or supply advance replacements.

 RMA Terms for Kingston Flash
  • 3 year replacement warranty for Kingston Flash with defective materials and / or workmanship from the date of original purchase.

  • 5 year replacement warranty for Kingston digital media with defective materials and / or workmanship from the date of original purchase.

  • Warranty does not cover products that have been damaged as a result of negligent handling, modification or misuse .

  • Simms International offers advance replacement or a swap for defective products both Flash and Digital media.

RMA Terms for Kingston Proprietary Memory
  • Lifetime Replacement Warranty for modules with defective materials and / or workmanship.

  • Warranty does not cover products that have been damaged as a result of negligent handling, modification or misuse .

  • Simms International offers advance replacement or a swap for defective products.

  • Simms International does not offer credit for defective products unless a valid replacement PO number is provided to replace the faulty memory.

RMA Terms for Fuji Flash Memory
  • Lifetime Replacement Warranty for modules with defective materials and / or workmanship.

  • Warranty does not cover products that have been damaged as a result of negligent handling, modification or misuse.

RMA Terms for Olympus Flash Memory
  • 2 year Replacement Warranty for modules with defective materials and / or workmanship from the date of original purchase.

  • Warranty does not cover products that have been damaged as a result of negligent handling, modification or misuse.

RMA Terms for IRONKEY
  • 90 Day warranty on modules with defective materials and / or workmanship from the original date of purchase

  • Warranty does not cover products that have been damaged as a result of negligent handling, modification or misuse.

RMA Terms for Patriot Memory
  • Life time warranty on all faulty Extreme Performance flash products and Patriot memory modules and a 5 Year warranty on faulty Flash products,

  • Warranty does not cover products that have been damaged as a result of negligent handling, modification or misuse.

RMA terms for Transcend
  • Lifetime warranty on faulty Transcend DRAM products.

  • 2 Year warranty on faulty Transcend Flash and SSD.

  • Warranty does not cover products that have been damaged as a result of negligent handling, modification or misuse .
RMA Terms for IOGEAR
  • IOGEAR warranty is individual to the products and can be found on the product packaging.

  • Warranty does not cover products that have been damaged as a result of negligent handling, modification or misuse .
